Helping a legacy live on
Empowering the Next Generation of Skilled Tradespeople
The Jack Esler Foundation (JEF) was created to honor Jack Esler’s legacy of hard work, education, and community. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to support the next generation of skilled tradespeople by providing scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Sanders County, Montana—Noxon, Thompson Falls, Plains, and Hot Springs—as well as seniors in Bowler, Wisconsin.
We focus on students pursuing careers in the trades because we believe in the lasting impact of skilled, hands-on work—the same values that Jack embodied throughout his life. By easing financial barriers, we give students the opportunity to focus on their training, build their careers, and strengthen the communities they call home.
Each scholarship represents more than just financial support. It is an investment in determination, talent, and the belief that a single opportunity can change the course of a young person’s life. Through the Jack Esler Foundation, Jack’s legacy of dedication and generosity lives on in every student who takes the next step toward their future.
